Cancellation Policy and Special Termination Rights:

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
In the case of a service contract, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.
According to German civil law, the fourteen-day right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts concluded on business premises. Therefore, if a language course booking is made on the premises of the language school "Sprachenfreunde" through a signed registration form, there is no right of withdrawal.

Furthermore, this right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for services related to leisure activities. If you book your language course solely for private purposes out of interest, the right of withdrawal does not apply, as the language course is considered a leisure activity.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (So Yung Koselowsky, Sprachenfreunde, Fregestraße 38a, 12161 Berlin, Tel: +49 30-33909365, Email: info@sprachen-freunde.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract through a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post, a messenger message, or an email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal from this contract.
For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us an appropriate amount proportionate to the services provided up to the point you notified us of your withdrawal, compared to the total scope of the services specified in the contract.
